【摘要】概括国内外多学科整合及卒中中心建设的现状，并结合该地域实际，介绍其在已经建立的卒中单元的基础上，通过整合多学科资源，创建先进的脑卒中防治平台的经验及其做法。对于卒中平台基础设施建设、组织体系建立、完善人员及设备配置、标准化文件制定，以及诊疗技术的开展等方面进行了探讨。

    【Abstract】The paper summarizes current situations of domestic and overseas multi-discipline integration and apoplexy center establishment and introduces the experience and practice in setting up an advanced cerebral apoplexy prevention and treatment platform through multi-discipline resource integration, based on the established apoplexy unit and in combination with local reality. The paper discusses such aspects of apoplexy platform as its infrastructure construction, organizational system establishment, staff completion, equipment configuration, standard document formulation, and development of diagnosis and treatment technology. ......
