    我院2015年出院患者24小时内计划重返住院现象调查研究

    目的 探究日益频繁的出院患者24小时内计划重返住院现象的原因及对策。方法 使用住院病案综合管理信息系统，根据入出院时间设置检索条件，提取2015年全年24小时内计划重返住院患者相关信息，并录入SPSS 19.0进行统计分析。 结果 24小时内计划重返患者的平均住院总费用、医保比例、平均住院日等指标的构成比与自然出院患者相比，其差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。 结论 24小时内计划重返住院患者数量不断增加与医保支付政策、绩效考核指标等有关，降低出院患者计划重返住院现象需要多方面的共同努力。

    【Abstract】Objective The paper aims to explore into the causes and countermeasures for increasing phenomenon of discharged patients' planning to return to the hospital with 24 hours.Method Integrated management information system of inpatient medical records is utilized，search conditions are set up according to the time of admission and discharge，information about discharged patients' planning to return to the hospital within 24 hours in 2015 all year round is fetched and SPSS 19.0 is recorded for statistical analysis.Result Compared with naturally discharged patients ......
