    冠心病患者进行血液检验的价值分析

    目的：探讨分析对冠心病患者进行血液检验的临床价值。方法：选取近期我院收治的冠心病患者80例以及同期来我院接受体检的健康人80例作为研究对象，分别将其设为实验组和对照组。分别对两组研究对象进行血液检验。进行血液检验的项目主要包括PDW检测、血小板参数检测、肌酸激酶同工酶检测及心肌肌钙蛋白检测等，然后对两组研究对象的检测结果进行回顾性的对比分析。结果：实验组患者的RDW、PLT、MPV、PCT、cTn及CK-MB等指标均明显高于这些指标的正常值，且明显高于对照组体检者这些指标的数值，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对冠心病患者进行血液检验有助于医护人员掌握其病情的发展态势，可为其治疗方案、用药方案及饮食方案的制定提供科学可靠的依据。

    Objective∶ To investigate the clinical value of blood test in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods∶ selected 80 cases of coronary heart disease patients admitted to our hospital in recent years,as well as 80 cases of healthy people in our hospital as the research object,and were set as the experimental group and the control group.Are blood tests of two groups of subjects,blood test indicators including PDW,platelet parameters,creatine kinase and cardiac troponin,then the detection results of two groups of subjects were retrospective comparative analysis.Results∶ the RDW,PLT,MPV,PCT,CK-MB and cTn indexes of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05).Conclusion∶ the blood test for patients with coronary heart disease can help medical staff to grasp the development trend of the disease,can provide scientific and reliable basis for the treatment plan,medication plan and diet program. ......
