    对行PICC的肿瘤患者进行规范化护理的效果探析

    目的：探讨分析对接受PICC(经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉置管)的肿瘤患者进行规范化护理的临床效果。方法：选取近期我院收治的接受PICC的肿瘤患者137例作为研究对象，将其分为对照组和观察组，对对照组患者进行常规护理，对观察组患者在进行常规护理的基础上进行规范化的护理，然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者进行一次性置管穿刺的成功率明显高于对照组患者，观察组患者的留管时间明显长于对照组患者，观察组患者的SAS评分明显低于对照组患者，观察组患者的并发症发生率明显低于对照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义。结论：对接受PICC的肿瘤患者进行规范化护理的临床效果显著。

    Objective: To explore the clinical effect of standardized nursing care for patients with cancer receiving PICC. Methods: recently in our hospital

Results: the success rate was significantly higher than the control group disposable puncture group, the observation group of patients with indwelling time was significantly longer than the patients in the control group, the SAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than the control group, the observation group of patients with complication rate was significantly lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant.
