    左旋氨氯地平联合依那普利治疗老年性高血压的效果探析

    目的：探讨分析联用左旋氨氯地平和依那普利治疗老年性高血压的临床效果。方法：选取潞安集团总医院王庄医院收治的老年性高血压患者46例作为研究对象，将其随机 分为对照组(23例)和试验组(23例)，使用左旋氨氯地平为对照组患者进行治疗，联用左旋氨氯地平和依那普利为试验组患者进行治疗，然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：经过两个疗程的治疗，对照组患者治疗的总有效率为78.26%，试验组患者治疗的总有效率为95.65%，试验组患者的临床疗效明显优于对照组患者，差异具有统计学意义。结论：联用左旋氨氯地平和依那普利治疗老年性高血压的临床效果显著。

    Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of combined use of amlodipine and enalapril in the treatment of senile hypertension.Methods: recently in our hospital 46 cases of elderly hypertensive patients as the research object, randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group, the use of amlodipine treatment for the patients in the control group, combined treatment for the patients in the experimental group with amlodipine and enalapril, and then compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results: the clinical efficacy of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion: the clinical effect of amlodipine combined with enalapril in the treatment of senile hypertension is significant. ......
