    使用不同剂量的甲氨蝶呤对宫外孕患者进行保守治疗的效果探析

    目的：探讨分析使用不同剂量的甲氨蝶呤对宫外孕患者进行保守治疗的临床效果。方法：选取岑巩县人民医院收治的自愿接受保守治疗的60例宫外孕患者作为研究对象，将其随机分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例)，使用常规剂量的甲氨蝶呤为对照组患者进行治疗，依据患者的体表面积使用合适剂量的甲氨蝶呤为观察组患者进行治疗，然后比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果：观察组患者的各项临床指标均明显优于对照组患者，观察组患者的不良反应发生率明显低于对照组患者，差异均具有统计学意义。结论：在使用甲氨蝶呤对宫外孕患者进行保守治疗的过程中，医护人员应根据其体表面积来计算甲氨蝶呤的用药量，这样做不仅能降低其不良反应的发生率，还能加快其康复的速度。

    Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of different doses of methotrexate on conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods: using conventional doses of methotrexate for the control group were treated with methotrexate, according to the patient’s body surface area using the appropriate dose for patients in the observation group were treated, and then compared the clinical efficacy of two groups.Results: the clinical indicators of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group.Conclusion: the medical staff should calculate the dosage of methotrexate according to its surface area, so it can not only reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, but also speed up the recovery. ......
