    阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎的效果探析

    目的：探讨分析用阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎的临床效果。方法：选取卫生服务中心收治的急性肠炎患者60例作为研究对象。采用随机排序法将其分为环丙沙星组与阿奇霉素组。分别使用环丙沙星和阿奇霉素对这两组患者进行治疗，然后比较其临床疗效的差异。结果：阿奇霉素组患者的临床疗效明显优于环丙沙星组患者。结论：用阿奇霉素治疗急性肠炎的临床效果十分显著。

    Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of acute enteritis.Methods: 60 cases of acute enteritis in our hospital were selected as the research object.The patients were randomly divided into ciprofloxacin group and azithromycin group.The two groups of patients were treated with ciprofloxacin and azithromycin respectively, and then compared the difference of clinical efficacy.Results: the clinical efficacy of azithromycin group was significantly better than that of ciprofloxacin group.Conclusion: the clinical effect of azithromycin in the treatment of acute enteritis is very significant.
