    对38例急性心肌梗死患者进行系统化整体护理的效果观察

    目的：探讨对38例急性心肌梗死患 者进行系统化整体护理的临床效果。方法：对2014年11月至2016年4月期间四川省自贡市富顺县人民医院收治的76例急性心肌梗死患者的临床资料进行回顾性研究。随机将这76例患者分为常规组(CG组)和整体组(ZT组)，每组各有38例患者。对两组患者均进行对症治疗，同时，对CG组患者进行常规护理，对ZT组患者进行系统化整体护理，然后比较两组患者并发症的发生率、住院的时间、对护理的满意度及生活质量评分。结果：1)接受护理后，ZT组患者并发症的发生率低于CG组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2)ZT组患者住院的时间短于CG组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)ZT组患者对护理的满意度高于CG组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。4)ZT组患者生活质量的评分高于CG组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对急性心肌梗死患者进行系统化整体护理，能降低其并发症的发生率，缩短其住院的时间，提高其对护理的满意度和生活质量。

    Objective To study effect of systematized nursing for 38 cases of acute myocardium infarction. Methods: Retrospectively study clinical material of 76 cases of cute myocardium infarction from People’s Hospital of Fushun county of Zigong City from November 2014 to April 2016, randomly divided the cases into CG group and ZT group,38 cases each group. Treat 2 group with symptomatic treatment, and nurse CG group with routine nursing, nurse ZT grouop with systematized nursing.Compare incidence of complication, length of stays, satisfaction to nursing and life quality score of two groups. Results A .Incidence of complication of ZT group is lower than CG group, discrepancy of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). B. Length of stays of ZT group is shorter than CG group, discrepancy of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). C. Satisfaction to nursing of ZT group is higher than CG group, discrepancy of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). D. Life quality score of ZT group is higher than CG group, discrepancy of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Treat patients of acute myocardium infarction can decrease incidence of complication, shorten length of stays, increase satisfaction rate and life quality of patients. ......
