    浅析实施系统化产前健康教育对产妇分娩结局的影响

    目的：探讨实施系统化产前健康教育对产妇分娩结局的影响。方法：选取四川省自贡市富顺县晨光医院于2015年1月至2016年12月期间接诊的124例产妇作为研究对象。将这124例产妇随机分为常规组(n=62)与系统化组(n=62)。对常规组产妇进行常规产前健康教育，对系统化组产妇进行系统化产前健康教育，并对比两组产妇的分娩结局。结果：系统化组产妇的顺产率高于常规组产妇，其阴道助产率、剖宫产率和产时并发症的发生率低于常规组产妇，其所产新生儿为巨大儿的几率低于常规组产妇，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对产妇实施系统化产前健康教育能够改善其分娩结局，提高其顺产率。

    Objective To study effect of systematized prenatal health education to delivery outcome. Methods Select from Chenguang Hospital of Fushun county of Zigong city from January 2015 to December 2016

    for parturition in 124 cases for research object. Randomly divided 124 cases into routine group(62 cases) and systematized group(62 cases). Teach prenatal health knowledge to routine group in normal way, teach prenatal health knowledge to systematized group in systematized way. Compare delivery outcomes of two groups. Results Normal delivery rate of systematized group is higher than routine group, vagina delivery rate, cesarean rate and incidence of perinatal complication of systematized group are lower than routine group, discrepancies of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Systematized prenatal education can improve delivery outcome and increase normal delivery rate to parturient. ......
