    联用隧道式小切口白内障摘除术和人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障合并青光眼的疗效探析

    目的：探讨联用隧道式小切口白内障摘除术和人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床疗效。方法：选取四川省自贡市富顺县晨光医院于2015年4月至2016年10月期间收治的78例白内障合并青光眼患者作为研究对象。将这78例患者随机分成传统组与隧道组。为传统组39例患者联用传统的白内障摘除术和人工晶状体植入术进行治疗，为隧道组39例患者联用隧道式小切口白内障摘除术和人工晶状体植入术进行治疗，并对比两组患者视力、眼压的改善情况和术后并发症的发生率。结果：与传统组患者相比，隧道组患者术后并发症的发生率更低，治疗后其视力的好转率和眼压的好转率更高，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：联用隧道式小切口白内障摘除术和人工晶状体植入术治疗白内障合并青光眼的临床疗效显著。

    Objective To study effect of therapy of Tunnel small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation for cataract combined with glaucoma.Methods Select from Chenguang Hospital of Fushun county of Zigong city from April 2015 to October 2016 treat and receive for cataract combined with glaucoma in 78 cases for research object. Randomly divided into Traditional Group and Combination Group, treat Traditional Group with therapy of normal cataract extraction with intraocular lens, treat Combination Group with therapy of Tunnel small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation. Compare eyesight, intraocular pressure and postoperative morbidity of two groups. Results Compare with traditional group ,the improvement of eyesight and intraocular pressure of Combination Group are higher, discrepancy of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Treat cataract combined with glaucoma with therapy of Tunnel small incision cataract extraction with intraocular lens implantation is significantly effective. ......
