    用中医推拿疗法联合体外冲击波治疗肩关节周围炎的效果评析

    目的：分析用中医推拿疗法联合体外冲击波治疗肩关节周围炎的临床效果。方法：将2014年5月至2015年5月期间四川省自贡市富顺县晨光医院收治的100例肩关节周围炎患者按治疗方案的不同分为单一组和联合组，每组各有50例患者。对单一组患者进行体外冲击波治疗，对联合组患者进行中医推拿联合体外冲击波治疗。在治疗2个疗程后，观察对比两组患者治疗的效果和肩关节功能的综合评分。结果：联合组患者的治愈率明显高于单一组患者，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在治疗前，两组患者肩关节功能的综合评分相比差异无统计学意义(t=0.9977，P=0.3208)。在治疗2个疗程后，联合组患者肩关节功能的综合评分明显高于单一组患者，差异具有统计学意义(t=10.1944，P=0.0000)。结论：用中医推拿疗法联合体外冲击波对肩关节周围炎患者进行治疗可显著提高其疗效，改善其肩关节的功能。

    Objective To analyses therapy of traditional Chinese massage with extracorporeal shock wave for scapulohumeral periarthritis. Methods Select from Chenguang Hospital of Fushun county in Zigong city of from May 2014 to May 2015 treat and receive for scapulohumeral periarthritis in 100 cases for research object.Randomly divided into Combination Group and Single Group, 50 cases each group. Treat Single Group with extracorporeal shock wave, treat Combination Group with therapy of traditional Chinese massage with extracorporeal shock wave. After 2 courses, Compare curative effect and score of shoulder joint. Results Curative rate of combination Group is higher than Single Group, discrepancy of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).
