    腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的效果评析

    目的：探讨用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床效果。方法：将2014年4月至2016年4月期间在四川省自贡市富顺县人民医院就诊的246例胆结石患者作为研究对象。将这246例患者随机分为小切口组(123例)和腔镜组(123例)。为小切口组患者应用小切口胆囊切除术进行治疗，为腔镜组患者应用腹腔镜胆囊切除术进行治疗，并比较两组患者的治疗效果及各项手术指标。结果：腔镜组患者治疗的总有效率高于小切口组患者，其手术的时间、住院的时间和肠胃功能恢复正常的时间均短于小切口组患者，其术中的出血量少于小切口组患者，其术后并发症的发生率低于小切口组患者，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：用腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗胆结石的临床效果显著。

    Objective To study effect of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for cholelithiasis. Methods Select from Chenguang Hospital of Fushun county of Zigong city from April 2014 to April 2016 treat and receive for cholelithiasis in 246 cases for research object. Randomly divided 246 cases into small incision group(123 cases)and laparoscopic group(123 cases).Treat small incision group with minicholecystectomie ouverte, treat laparoscopic group with laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Compare curative effect and operation indexes of two groups. Results Effective rate of laparoscopic group is higher than small incision group, and operative time, length of stays and recovery time of gastrointestinal functions are shorter than small incision group, discrepancies of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Treat cholelithiasis with laparoscopic cholecystectomy is significantly effective. ......
