    用Dixon手术治疗低位直肠癌的效果探究

    目的：探讨用Dixon手术(低位直肠癌保肛手术)治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果。方法：将2013年4月至2016年4月期间在南充市高坪区人民医院就诊的80例低位直肠癌患者随机分成Dixon组(n=40)和Miles组(n=40)。采用Dixon手术对Dixon组患者进行治疗，采用Miles手术(腹会阴联合直肠癌根治术)对Miles组患者进行治疗。对比分析两组患者的各项手术指标。结果：与Miles组患者相比，Dixon组患者术中的出血量更少，其术后肛门(或人工瘘口)排气的时间、恢复正常饮食的时间和住院的时间均更短，其术后并发症的发生率更低，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：用Dixon手术治疗低位直肠癌的临床效果显著。

    Objective To study effect of Dixon operation for treatment of low rectal cancer. Methods Select from People’s Hospital of Gaoping District of Nanchong city from April 2013 to April 2014

    for low rectal cancer in 80 cases for research object. Randomly divided 80 cases into Dixon group(n=40) and Miles group(40 cases).Treat Dixon group with Dixon operation, treat Miles group with Miles operation. Compare and analyses operation indexes of two groups. Results Compare with Miles group, bleeding volume of Dixon group is less, anal(or artificial fistula) exhaust time after operation, time for resuming to diets, length to stays are shorter than Miles group,discrepancies of research results of two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05).
