    对行手术治疗的食管癌患者实施围手术期优质护理的效果分析

    目的：探讨对进行手术治疗的食管癌患者实施围手术期优质护理的临床效果。方法：将2014年4月至2016年12月期间在四川省泸州市纳溪区中医医院进行手术治疗的80例食管癌患者按双色球随机分组法分为甲、乙两组(40例/组)。对两组患者均进行常规的基础护理。在此基础上，对甲组患者进行围手术期优质护理。治护结束后，对比两组患者术后并发症的发生情况、焦虑、抑郁的评分及对护理的满意度。结果：与乙组患者相比，甲组患者术后并发症的发生率、焦虑、抑郁的评分均较低，其对护理的总满意率较高，差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论：对进行手术治疗的食管癌患者实施围手术期优质护理可显著降低其肺部感染、吻合口瘘及吻合口狭窄等术后并发症的发生率，能改善其焦虑、抑郁等不良心理状态，提升其对护理服务的满意度。

    Objective: To summarize the implementation value of quality nursing service in surgical nursing work, and to provide reference for the development of surgical nursing work. Methods: 80 cases of our department were randomly divided into control group with basic nursing intervention and experimental group with high quality nursing intervention. Comparison of two groups of surgical patients with clinical care satisfaction, nursing adverse events, nursing intervention before and after the negative emotional score. Results: Compared with the control group, the experimental group was better than the control group, P <0.05. Conclusion: High quality nursing intervention can improve the negative emotion of patients and improve the quality of life of patients. ......
