    浅谈限流孔板对管路系统超压保护的工艺运用

    研究了限流孔板作为安全仪表在管路系统中的运用，举例说明了安全仪表规格书的填写，通过对限流孔板两种工况的计算，反应了对安全阀排量的影响，从而表明了安装限流孔板后必须用限流孔板的最大流量来决定安全阀的尺寸。

    Abstract:The application of fl ow limiting ori fi ce in pipeline as safety instrument was studied in this article. The example for fi lling out the function form for safety instruments was presented. Through the calculation for the ori fi ce under two conditions, the in fl uence of ori fi ce to safety valve was determined. It was indicated that after the ori fi ce is installed, the size of safety valve shall be determined with the maximum fl ow of the ori fi ce.
