当归中阿魏酸水提工艺的单因素考察

目的:优选当归中阿魏酸的水提工艺。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定,以当归中阿魏酸的转移率和浸膏得率为综合评价指标,采用单因素实验设计,优选出当归中阿魏酸的水提工艺。结果:当归中阿魏酸的最佳水提工艺为:未过20目筛网的当归细粉,在80℃下,提取两次,初提用10倍量水提取3h,次提用8倍量水提取2h。结论:水提液中阿魏酸采用高效液相含量测定方法,优选出的水提工艺稳定、合理、可行。

Abstract:Objective: Optimization of process for extraction of ferulic acid from angelica sinensis with water. Methods: By using high ef fi cient liquid phase chromatogram, the transfer rate of ferulic acid and the gaining rate of immersed ointment, which were used as comprehensive evaluation index, were measured. Then, the process of extracting ferulic acid with water was optimized using single factor experiment design. Result: The optimum process for extracting ferulic acid from angelica sinensis is: the fi ne powder of angelica sinensis is extracted twice under 80 ℃. The fi rst extraction is carried out for 3 hours with 10 times water, and the second extraction for 2 hours with 8 times water. Conclusion: The ferulic acid in water extraction liquid can be measured through liquid phase content, and the optimized process is stable, proper and feasible. ......
