    发酵用无菌压缩空气制备过程节能探讨

    从节能的角度分析发酵无菌空气制备过程各个环节,提出空气压力确定方法、压缩机选型及流程配置建议、无菌空气预处理系统设计的“5060”原则、设备及管路设计要点等,在满足发酵工艺的前提下,实现减小过程阻力损失、降低能耗、减小运行成本的目标,以达到国家节能减排的要求。

    Abstract:From the view point of energy saving, each procedure in the process of sterilized air preparation from fermentation was analyzed in this article. Moreover, the method of determining air pressure, the selection and disposition of compressors, “5060” principle used for the design of sterilized air pretreatment system and the highlights in equipment and pipeline design were also presented. It is indicated that with the premise of meeting the requirements of fermentation, the loss due to resistance, energy consumption and the cost can be reduced, so that the requirement of energy saving and emission reduction are reached.
