    浅谈中小化工企业的智能设备管理

    简单阐述了中国中小化工企业的现状，针对这种现状和现场总线技术、设备描述技术的发展，作者介绍了引用这两种技术设计的HAMS智能设备管理软件，描述了该软件提供的参数配置、远程诊断、预测性维护、标定管理以及设备资产管理等功能，并且说明工厂通过使用该软件在管理水平、安全生产、提高产品质量、降低运营成本等方面带来的改进。

    Abstract:The actuality of small and medium chemical enterprises in China was expounded briefly in this article. With respect to the current situation and the development of field-bus technology and device description technology, HAMS intelligent equipment management software based on these two technologies was introduced. The functions provided in this software, such as parameter configuration, remote diagnosis, preventive maintenance, calibration management and device asset management, were described. And at the same times, the application of this software in the improvement for many aspects in factories, including administration, safe production, enhancement of product quality and reduction of cost, was also introduced.
