【摘要】牙髓根尖周疾病的治疗方法很多，其中根管治疗是目前最有效的方法之一。根管消毒是根管治疗过程中的重要环节，良好的根管消毒是治疗成功的关键。目前，临床上最常用的根管消毒药物有：甲醛甲酚、樟脑苯酚、氢氧化钙和2%氯己定。本文就这四种常用的根管消毒药物做一综述。
