【摘要】目前社会的进步已经越来越来，人们也开始对健康的要求逐渐增高。现在每个地方都在积极普遍的健全健康教育的宣传，因为医院是一个病患集中地，可以更好的普及健康教育，健康教育指的是通过信息传播和行为干预，帮助我们个体和群众掌握卫生保健知识，能树立正确的健康观念，而在其中体位护理是抗痉挛患者最重要的治疗措施，直接影响护理成功率及预后，合理正确的体位护理，可以增加护理成功率、减少致残率，提高患者的生活质量。因此，康复教育对抗痉挛患者是非常重要的。
