    摘要" 目的：了解临床护士组织公民行为现状，分析组织氛围感知、工作投入与组织公民行为的关系。方法：采用一般资料调查表、护士组织氛围感知量表、工作投入量表、组织公民行为量表对保定市3所三级甲等综合性医院的451名临床护士进行调查。结果：451名临床护士组织公民行为总分为(101.43±13.08)分，组织氛围感知总分为(114.92±18.83)分、工作投入总分为(41.20±12.05)分。组织氛围感知、工作投入、组织公民行为间均呈正相关(均P<0.01) ......
