    Abstract Objective： To evaluate the hemostatic effect of chitosan hemostatic pads after coronary intervention(TRI)via radial artery through Meta-analysis. Methods： The literatures on the application of chitosan hemostatic pad in patients after TRI were retrieved from CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP，PubMed，the Cochrane Library，Web of Science，etc.Literature selection，quality evaluation and data extraction were conducted independently by two researchers in strict accordance with inclusion and exclusion criteria.RevMan 5.4 software was used for Meta-analysis.
