    Abstract?Objective：To comprehensively and systematically search for frailty assessment tools for hemodialysis patients at home and abroad，analyzed their basic characteristics and applicable groups，and aimed to select more suitable assessment tools for patients based on different clinical symptoms and provide theoretical reference for clinical medical staff.Methods：The relevant content of frailty assessment tools for hemodialysis patients in the literature was retrieved from CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP，CBM，PubMed，EMbase，Web of Science，and the Cochrane Library.The retrieval time was from the inception to August 1，2023.The results were systematically summarized using a scoping review method.Results：According to the inclusion and exclusion criteria ......
