    Abstract Objective：The application of early motion in lumbar fusion surgery was reviewed in order to provide reference for clinical practice and related research.Methods：Systematic searches were conducted on PubMed，EMbase，Web of Science，the Cochrane Library，CNKI，SinoMed. The search period was from the establishment of the database to November 30，2022.
