    摘要 目的：探讨产妇产后不同阶段母乳喂养现状及影响因素。方法：选取2021年9月—2022年9月在我院妇产科就诊的102例产妇为研究对象，采用一般资料调查表、母乳喂养自我效能感量表(BSES)对各阶段母乳喂养效能水平进行现状调查，并对各阶段母乳喂养效能的影响因素进行多重线性回归分析。结果：产后7 d BSES得分(31.86±6.72)分，产后1个月BSES得分(36.63±6.48)分，产后3个月BSES得分(36.99±6.75)分，产后不同阶段BSES总分呈上升趋势，但仍处于中等水平，且各阶段总分及各维度得分差异均具有统计学意义(P40分表明母乳喂养效能较高，得分越高表明产妇自我效能感越好。该量表Cronbach′s α系数为0.98。
