    摘要 目的：探讨组织支持感在重症监护室(ICU)护士抗逆力与抑郁-焦虑-压力间的中介效应。方法：采用一般资料调查表、抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)、医护人员抗逆力量表、组织支持感量表对陕西省5所三级甲等医院的675名ICU护士进行调查。结果：ICU护士的抗逆力与组织支持感水平呈正相关(r=0.448，P0.05)，表明组织支持感在ICU护士抗逆力与抑郁-焦虑-压力间起完全中介作用 ......
