Conceptual analysis of the subjective memory complaints

    Abstract Objective：To analyze the concept and connotation of subjective memory complaint.Methods：The literature on memory complaint was retrieved from CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP，PubMed，Web of Science，CINAHL and other databases.Walker and Avant conceptual analysis method was used for the analysis.Results：Through in-depth analysis，the defining attributes of the subjective memory complaint were memory dysfunction，cognitive decline，lack of willingness to seek help，executive dysfunction，and overreaction to uncertainty.The antecedents were demographic factors，lifestyle factors，psychological and emotional factors，and health-related factors，and the consequences were to further develop neurodegenerative diseases，resulting in anxiety，depression and other emotions，leading to reduced quality of life.Conclusion：By defining the concept of the main complaint of memory complaint ......
