Investigation and analysis of ICU nurses′ knowledge and training needs for preventing medical device related pressure injury

    摘要 目的：调查重症监护室(ICU)护士预防医疗器械引发的压力性损伤的知识掌握程度和培训需求现状，并分析其影响因素，为制定有效的教育和培训策略提供借鉴。方法：采用ICU护士医疗器械压力性损伤知识和培训需求调查问卷对河南省5所三级医院和5所二级医院的200名ICU护士进行调查。结果： 回收有效问卷191份。ICU护士医疗器械相关压力性损伤预防知识得分为(26.90±3.31)分；培训需求得分为(42.87±4.16)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示，年龄、医院等级、护士层级、ICU工作年限为ICU护士预防医疗器械相关压力性损伤知识得分和培训需求的主要影响因素 ......
