Correlation between professional identity and perceived hospital care atmosphere among undergraduate nursing students

    摘要 目的：调查本科护生职业认同现状及影响因素，探讨其与医院关怀氛围感知相关性，为提高本科护生职业认同提供参考。方法：采用一般情况调查表、护生职业认同问卷和医院关怀氛围感知量表对某大学301名本科实习护生进行调查。结果：本科护生的职业认同得分为(3.43±0.72)分、医院关怀氛围感知得分为(3.92±0.83)分；职业认同总分及各维度得分与医院关怀氛围感知总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(P<0.05)；多重线性回归分析结果显示 ......
