Influencing factors of urinary tract infection after percutaneous nephrolithotripsy

    摘要 目的：分析经皮肾镜碎石取石术(PCNL)后尿路感染的影响因素。方法：选取2021年3月—2023年3月泌尿外科收治的100例PCNL病人，根据病人术后是否发生尿路感染分为感染组(n＝15)和未感染组(n＝85)，收集并比较两组病人临床资料，分析PCNL病人尿路感染的影响因素。结果：100例PCNL病人术后尿路感染发生率为15.00%。Logistic回归分析结果显示，PCNL病人术后尿路感染的独立性危险因素包括年龄≥65岁、合并糖尿病、合并肾功能不全、鹿角状结石、结石表面积≥500 mm2、手术时长≥120 min ......
