Mediating effects of intimate relationships on self-disclosure and fear disease progression in HPV-positive female

    摘要目的：探讨HPV阳性女性亲密关系在自我表露和恐惧疾病进展间的中介作用。方法：采用便利抽样法选取2022年6月—11月在我院妇科就诊的223例HPV阳性女性为研究对象;使用一般资料调查表、痛苦表露指数量表、婚姻调适量表和HPV阳性女性恐惧疾病进展量表进行调查。结果：HPV阳性女性自我表露、亲密关系和恐惧疾病进展得分分别为(29.50±8.07)分、(101.43±19.72)分和(47.08±9.10)分。相关性分析结果显示，HPV阳性女性的自我表露得分与恐惧疾病进展呈负相关(r=-0.672，Plt;0.01)，亲密关系与恐惧疾病进展呈负相关(r=-0.719，Plt;0.01)，自我表露与亲密关系呈正相关(r=0.595，Plt;0.01)。中介效应分析结果显示，亲密关系在HPV阳性女性的自我表露与恐惧疾病进展之间起部分中介作用(P<0.05)。结论：HPV阳性女性的恐惧疾病进展发生率较高，整体处于中等水平，其亲密关系在自我表露与恐惧疾病发展之间起部分中介作用；临床医护人员应鼓励HPV阳性女性进行自我表露 ......
