    Abstract Objective：To systematically evaluate the influencing factors of excessive daytime sleepiness in patients with chronic diseases.Methods：The case-control studies on influencing factors of excessive daytime sleepiness in patients with chronic diseases were retrieved from PubMed，EMbase，Web of Science，the Cochrane Library，CNKI，VIP，WanFang，and CBM.The search time limit was from database establishment to December 1，2023.Two researchers independently performed literature screening，data extraction，and literature quality evaluation.The RevMan 5.3 software was used for Meta-analysis.Results：A total of 15 articles were included in this study ......
