    摘要 目的：探讨基于云随访平台的居家症状远程监测与智能决策支持系统在妇科恶性肿瘤化疗病人中应用效果。方法：方便抽取2021年4月—2022年11月在广东省某三级甲等医院化疗的77例妇科恶性肿瘤病人作为研究对象，随机分为两组。观察组38例，采用基于云随访平台居家症状远程监测与智能决策支持系统管理；对照组39例，采用常规随访护理。采用癌症病人生活质量量表(EORTC QLQ-C30)、癌症行为量表简洁量表(CBI-B)、焦虑压力抑郁量表(DASS-21)测评两组病人干预前后生活质量、自我效能及压力焦虑抑郁状况 ......
