    摘要 目的：探讨贺州市某三级甲等综合医院护士科研能力、科研培训态度现状及影响因素，为护理管理者评价和开展科研培训提供参考。方法：采用目的抽样方法，选取贺州市某三级甲等综合医院441名护士为研究对象，对其科研能力现状、科研培训态度现状进行调查。采用多重线性回归分析影响护士科研能力的因素。结果：护士科研能力总分为(64.33±19.96)分，处于中等水平。多重线性回归分析结果显示，职称、是否发表过论文、是否接受过科研相关知识的培训、工作满意度、科研重视度、科研兴趣是护士科研能力的影响因素 ......
