    摘要" 目的：分析基于智谋理论的护理干预联合三阶梯止痛法对晚期胃癌病人心境状态及疼痛因子的影响。方法：选取2021年1月—2023年1月在本院肿瘤内科接受诊疗的晚期胃癌病人88例为研究对象，采用电脑随机数表法分为对照组及观察组，各44例。对照组实施常规护理，观察组实施基于智谋理论的护理干预联合三阶梯止痛法，干预后比较两组的心境状态、预期性悲伤程度、疼痛因子及生命意义感。结果：干预后观察组简式简明心境问卷(POMS-SF)中的精力-活力维度得分高于对照组 ......
