    Abstract Objective：To explore the influencing factors of the condition of coronavirus disease(COVID-19) elderly patients in order to timely intervene，promote the improvement of the disease and reduce the mortality.Methods：Retrieved articles related to risk factors of" the elderly patients with COVID-19 from CNKI，VIP，WanFang Database，PubMed，the Cochrane Library，MedLine，EMbase.The retrieval time was from December 2019 to December 2022.Used RevMan 5.3 software for Meta-analysis.Results：A total of 2 883 patients were included in 16 articles ......
