    Abstract Objective：To construct an evidence?based comprehensive management program for frailty in patients with chronic heart failure(CHF).Methods：A preliminary comprehensive management program for frailty in CHF patients was formed through evidence summary and group meeting discussion.A total of 26 experts from 11 domestic hospitals were selected to conduct two rounds of expert consultations from March to April 2024.They revised the items of the comprehensive management program for frailty in CHF patients.Results：The questionnaire recovery rate of the two rounds of expert consultations was 100.00% ......
