    多病共存(multimorbidity)即多种慢性健康问题，指一个人同时存在2种或2种以上慢性健康问题^[1]。随着人口老龄化的加速，老年多病共存已经成为全球重要公共卫生问题。健康老龄化是积极应对人口老龄化的必然选择，开展新时代医养结合模式治理是实现健康老龄化的具体方略^[2]。通过整合医疗和养老服务资源开展医养结合服务，使老年人能更加便利地获得生活照料、疾病治疗、健康检查等服务，从而实现健康老龄化，这是一种社会治理的创新理念^[3]。要成功开展医养结合服务，充分了解服务需求是关键。目前，医养结合服务需求调查研究更多关注单一慢病老年群体的医养结合服务需求^[4?5] ......
