Mediating effects of mental vulnerability and social support on family caring degree and self?perceived burden in elderly patients with chronic disease comorbidities

    摘要""目的：调查老年慢性病共病病人自我感受负担现状，分析家庭关怀度、社会支持、心理脆弱对自我感受负担的影响。方法：采用便利抽样法选取山西省太原市某三级甲等医院2个院区2023年3月—7月住院的老年慢性病共病病人为研究对象，采用家庭关怀度量表、社会支持评定量表、心理脆弱量表、自我感受负担量表进行调查，通过构建结构方程模型进行路径分析。结果：自我感受负担总分为(35.77±6.07)分；相关性分析结果显示，家庭关怀度、社会支持与自我感受负担呈负相关(Plt;0.001)，心理脆弱与自我感受负担呈正相关(Plt;0.001)；结构方程模型路径分析结果显示，老年慢性病共病病人家庭关怀度对自我感受负担总效应为-0.980，直接效应为-0.720，中介效应为-0.260，中介效应占总效应的26.53%。结论：老年慢性病共病病人自我感受负担处于中等水平 ......
