    摘要""目的：基于信息?知识?信念?行为(information?knowledge?attitude?practice，IKAP)理论构建老年人口腔衰弱的健康教育方案，为老年人口腔衰弱健康教育提供参考。方法：通过文献回顾、横断面调查、半结构式访谈和课题组成员讨论形成基于IKAP理论的老年人口腔衰弱健康教育方案初稿，选取贵州及四川省共16名专家进行2轮德尔菲专家函询，根据专家意见对条目进行增减、修改，构建基于IKAP理论的老年人口腔衰弱健康教育方案终稿。结果：2轮专家函询问卷回收率均为100%，专家权威系数分别为0.811和0.913；第2轮专家函询变异系数(CV)为0.00～0.19 ......
