Current situation and influencing factors of future works self?salience of nursing students

    摘要""目的：了解实习护生未来工作清晰度现状并分析其影响因素。方法：采用便利抽样法，选取2023年9月—10月广东省广州市6所院校共190名实习护生作为调查对象，使用一般资料调查表、未来工作自我清晰度量表、精神气候简式量表、职业召唤量表进行线上问卷调查。结果：实习护生未来工作自我清晰度量表得分为(17.84±3.74)分、精神气候简式量表得分为(14.35±3.72)分、职业召唤量表得分为(39.06±10.17)分。多重线性回归分析结果显示，对临床带教老师的满意度、精神气候、职业召唤是实习护生未来工作清晰度的影响因素(Plt;0.05) ......
