    Abstract "Objective："To build decision-making "support tool for the family members of children with hypertrophy of tonsils combined with adenoid hypertrophy based on the Ottawa decision-making support framework，and to provide timely and effective support and guidance for the family members of children to participate in treatment decision-making.
