Abstract "Objective：To establish the prevention and nursing plan of pulmonary infection in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage after operation.Methods：Domestic and foreign databases and websites were searched，literature was screened according to inclusion and exclusion criteria，quality evaluation was carried out and evidence was extracted，and the scheme was revised and improved through expert group meetings.Results：A prevention and nursing intervention plan was formed，including 4 major aspects：team management，evaluation tools，intervention content，and effectiveness evaluation，with 39 items.Conclusion：The constructed prevention and nursing plan for postoperative pulmonary infection in patients with aneurysmal subarachnoid hemorrhage can provide reference for clinical practice.
