    Abstract Objective：To define the concept and connotation of postoperative frailty in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) using Walker and Avant's classic concept analysis method.Methods：Databases including EMbase，Web of Science，PubMed，CINAHL，CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP and SinoMed were systematically searched for literature related to postoperative frailty after PCI in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.The retrieval time was from the inception to December 19，2023.To analyze the antecedents and consequences and defining attributes of the concept of postoperative frailty after PCI.Results：A total of 34 articles were included.Postoperative frailty in elderly patients with coronary heart disease after PCI included 4 attributes：elderly patients after PCI ......
