    Abstract "Objective：To retrieved self-advocacy assessment tools for patients at home and abroad， and to provide reference for the clinical evaluation of patients' self-advocacy in China.Methods：We systematically searched such databases as PubMed，Web of Science，EMbase，CINAHL，CNKI，WanFang Database，VIP and CBM，to identify studies regarding self-advocacy assessment tools for patients published from databases inception to February 10，2024.Results：Twelve articles which met the criteria were involved， involving 10 assessment tools for patients' self-advocacy，including 8 traditional assessment tools and 2 non-traditional assessment tools.Conclusion：The assessment tools of patients' self-advocacy are mainly from foreign countries ......
