Correlation between health literacy and self?management among the elderly with chronic disease in the community

    摘要""目的：探讨社区老年慢性病病人健康素养和自我管理能力的关系。方法：采用便利抽样法，选取2023年10月—12月杭州市5个社区的老年慢性病病人作为调查对象，采用一般资料调查表、健康素养量表、健康自我管理能力量表对其进行调查，分析健康素养和自我管理能力的关系。结果：社区老年慢性病病人健康素养与健康自我管理能力评分呈正相关(r＝0.724，Plt;0.01)；多重线性回归分析结果显示，性别、婚姻状况、家庭月收入情况、文化程度、是否参加过健康教育和健康素养量表的信息获取能力维度、交流互动能力维度、改善健康意愿维度、经济支持意愿维度是老年慢性病病人自我管理能力的影响因素(Plt;0.05) ......
