Influencing factors and nursing strategyies for postoperative pain in patients after oral implantation surgery

    摘要""目的：探讨口腔种植术后病人疼痛的影响因素分析及护理策略。方法：采用便利抽样法，选取江苏省口腔医院2022年3月—2023年10月行口腔种植术的220例病人作为研究对象。采用一般资料调查表、数字评分法、改良牙科焦虑量表、中文版口腔健康影响程度量表、慢性非恶性疼痛病人的疼痛自我效能量表对病人进行调查，采用单因素分析和多因素Logistic回归分析方法分析口腔种植术后病人疼痛的影响因素。结果：经调查，术后4～6 h的疼痛敏感度最高，其数字评分法评分的中位数为2.0分，且中度和重度疼痛病人79例(35.90%)，无和轻度疼痛病人141例(64.10%)。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示 ......
