    摘要""目的：探讨人性化护理能力在妇科护士职业尊重感与责任知觉间的中介效应。方法：采用便利抽样法，选取山东省5所三级甲等医院妇科护士208人作为调查对象，采取基线资料调查表、人性化护理能力量表、职业尊重感量表、责任知觉量表对入组护士进行调查，应用Pearson相关性分析人性化护理能力与职业尊重感与责任知觉间的关系，采用Process v3.2程序来分析人性化护理能力与职业尊重感与责任知觉间的中介效应，并应用偏差校正的非参数百分位Bootstrap法来检验中介效应 ......
