AbstractObjective：Todevelopacareknowledgeandskilsdemandscaleforfamilycaregiversofdisabledelderlypeopleandtestits reliabilityndvidityMetods：esaletmpoolsonstructedtroughsistructureditervieandaliteraturreviedte itemswerescreeedusingaDelpiexperteterinquirytofortheitialversionofthescale.Teinitialversiooftescalewasusedto conductapreliminarysurveyof226familyaregiversofelderlypeoplewithdsabilies，ndaprovisionalversionoftesalewasfoed followingitemanalysis.Theprovisionalversionofthescalewasused toconductaquestionnairesurveyon329familycaregiversof disabledelderlypeopleandtestitsreliablityandvldity.Finall，theformalversionofthescalewasformed.Results：Thecare knowledgeandskilsdemandscaleforfamilycaregiversofdisabledelderlypeopleincludes5dimensionsand37items.Thecontent validityindexatthecalelevelasO.97ndthontentvalidityidexatteitlevelasO.833.Exploratoryfactoranalystracted 5 factors and the cumulative variance contribution rate was 73.23% . The total Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was O.966，and the Cronbach'sαcoefcientofeachfactorwasO.932～O.945.Thetest-retestreliabilitywasO.862.Conclusions：Theconstructedcare knowledgeandskilldemandscaleforfmilyaregiversofdisabledelderlypeoplehavegoodreliabilityandvalidityhichcouldprovide a demand asessment toolfor medical institutions and nursing facilities tocarry outcare knowledge and skilstraining. ......
