AbstractObjective：Toconstructanursingqualityevaluationsystemforcontactdermatitisatthecatheterizationsiteofpatientswith peripherally insertedcentralcatheters(PICCs)basedonthree-dimensionalqualitytheory，andtoprovideanbjectieandscientific referencefortheclinicalimplementationofnursingqualtymanagement，monitoring，andevaluationofPICCpatients.Methods：Extract feasibilitydatatoughlitatureviereengdealuationdostructteframeworkofteursingualityaluatioe forcontactdermatisatthecatheterzationsiteofpatientswithICCsbasedonthethreedimensioalqualitytheory.heDelphimethod wasusedtocompletetworoundsofexpertconsultationtoforthefinalindicatorsystem.Results：Thepositivecoeficentsofthetwo rounds of expert consultation were 95.00% and 100.00% ，respectively.
